Healthshopey offers its customers an return policy, wherein you can raise a return and exchange request of a product within 10 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order.
Contact our Customer Support team via email (Info@healthshopey.com) within 5 business days of receiving the order.
Provide us with your order ID Information and your request to return,replace and refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
We will pick up the products within 3 business Working days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
We do not accept the return of used or opened products. But if any product reaches the customer
In a damaged or unsealed condition it must be reported immediately at the time of receiving
Product. We shall be able to help you with the replacement of the product.
Once order confirmed through www.healthshopey.com, it cannot be canceled and no refunds can
